as a student of apparel design and merchandising, i contributed to TRUSTBIN by preaching the idea of repurposing unwanted garments and reworking them to restore and give them life once again. TRUSTBIN allows us designers to show what our take on reworking these garments is which gives designers the opportunity to show their style and art direction.
as a fashion design student, i designed and sewed up a prototype to give an unwanted pair of jeans a fresh new look by turning it into a sling bag!
